Music Tax Credits

The Ontario Government provides a 20% tax credit (i.e. they will write a cheque) against all production and marketing expenditures expended in Ontario in respect of a particular album.  There are of course criteria within which you must qualify. EBA can assist in making a quick determination as to whether your project does indeed qualify.  EBA can administer your application from start to finish and ensure that you maximize the size of your tax credit. EBA will then work diligently to make sure that the credit is processed expeditiously.
