EBA is a full service company providing business affairs and contract administration services to our clients in the film and television industries.

We work with producers on a cost effective basis. Producers are able to reduce or eliminate expensive full time employees and, thereby, only pay for needed services when absolutely required for current projects. Our services are paid from the budgets of specific projects and such costs are 100% eligible for tax credit recovery. We have full time experienced lawyers, as well as contract administrators, at our offices working on our clients’ behalf.

Our goal is to create long-term partnerships with our clients with a view to ensuring the success of their projects and overall growth of their businesses. We will assist our clients from the development stages, through production to distribution and the collection of tax credits. We will undertake supervision of all financing aspects of the project, including sourcing funds, preparing and submitting funding applications and negotiating all agreements related thereto.
